String Quartet Masterworks of the First Viennese School (Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven) Zemlinsky Quartet

In stock

Defined imposed by Haydnwith his 64 Streichquartette, the string quartet became an operawithout words with Mozart (Haydn-Quartette) and already went beyond its da camera framework with Beethoven as of 1800. The Zemlinsky Quartet, trained by the Czech school and acclaimed by the Viennese, offer three examples amongst the most famous of the literature of the period, which are still references of the genre more than two centuries after their first performances. A novel challenge.
