JOSEPH HAYDN (1732-1809) : ‘APPONYI ‘STRING QUARTETS. VOL.I

In stock

Haydn conceived these three first London quartets specifically for public performances, in the large hall of Hannover Square where the draperviolinist- impresario Johann Peter Salomon used to organize chamber and orchestral concerts. In this way, this trilogy require a resolutely symphonic style in order to reach a full completeness. No problem with the PRAŽÁK following his last full achievement of it recent recording of the Seven LastWords of our Saviour on the Cross (DSD 250 291)
